  2. You must have a Revenue Canada tax number.
  3. You must have a provincial government sales tax number if you are providing your services in a province where that is required.
  4. You must have a Workers Compensation Board account in good standing, and appropriate to the requirements of the province where the work is being done.
  5. You must have a corporate liability policy in good standing for $5,000,000.
